This is a great opportunity for any player that wants to focus on a particular skill. Our monthly skills session can cover anything from ball handling to shooting, transition play to pick n roll, or skills for a particular position. Groups are small with no more than 6 players. Each session last 60 minutes with 4 workouts a month.

Players will use 2 basketballs, chairs, tennis balls, and medicine balls to improve their handle and ball quickness. Players will also learn shooting techniques that will improve shooting off the dribble and around screens. Players will also compete in shooting drills that force them to focus on every shot taken.

  • In Season Shooting This group skill session is for the player that wants to get extra shots up during the basketball season. Players will get a variety of shots off the dribble, around screens, spot up, and in transition.

Players will be able to make passes on time and on target and teammates will love playing with you because you will be able to deliver the pass. This skills session will also have some shooting.

  • Post Play - How do you get open without a screen? What are the 4 levels of sprinting in transition for the post?  Where are the best operational areas for a post player? Those are some of the questions you will be able to answer after the completion to this skills session. Post players will learn various post moves, footwork out of the post, face up series, and much more.

  • Perimeter Play - Playing on the perimeter involves knowing different areas of the floor and being able to read the defense. In the perimeter play skill sessions you will learn how to be effective in the half court, scoring in transition, various cuts to get open, playing versus pressure and much more.
