Q: What should I expect on the first workout session? A: On the first workout session the player will go through a series of drills that include ballhandling, passing, shooting, and defense. There will also be some agility, quickness, and conditioning drills.
Q: I am wanting to get an individual skill development package, what type of payment arrangements can be made?
A: A 50% deposit must be made by the first session. The remaining balance must be paid in full before half the session are complete. If a 50% deposit is not made by the first session, then the charge will be the regular rate.
Q: My son/daughter worked real hard during the summer to improve their skills. Do you have any in season programs that my son/daughter can do?
A: Yes we can customize a program for your son/daughter to go through during the season to keep their skills sharp. We can put together a shooting package, a skill development package, or we can combine the two.
Q: My schedule is always changing from week to week. What is the best way to schedule a workout session?
A: You can always call or text Coach TJ about a particular day and time that you would like to meet, send an email, or book your session online. On our home page we have a BookNow button that allows you to book your session up to 4 weeks in advance. This is the best and most convenient way to schedule your workout sessions. The BookNow button schedules in real time and you will receive a confirmation number and email with details of the appointment. Also, if you are on Facebook you can visit our Facebook page and schedule your workout from there. Just click on the Workout tab and then click on the BookNow button.
